Charles Wesley Sester Sr., age 80 of Trenton, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, November 10, 2020. Wes was born in Clay County, Kentucky on July 23, 1940 to Horace and Annie (nee Lunsford) Sester. On November 6, 1968, he married the love of his life, Ruth Ann Jodry. He worked in printing for 47 years and his last 25 years at Ket-Moy Printing. Wes loved fishing, boating, camping and hunting. Above all, he loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Wes is survived by his wife of 52 years, Ruth Sester; his sons, Charles “Chuck” Sester Jr., Michael (Chrissy) Sester and James “Butch” (Teresa) Sester; his grandchildren, Dalton, Bailey, Carley and Jessica (Marcus); his great-grandchild, Jett; his siblings, Henry (Wanda) Sester, Geneva (Earl) Lewis and Ruth (Tom) Sutton; and many other loving family members and friends. Wes was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Janette Smallwood.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Houston Marcum officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
