Charlotte S. Wilson

Charlotte S. Wilson, age 77 of Fairfield, passed away at Mercy Hospital - Fairfield on Monday, August 12, 2024. Charlotte was born in Hazard, Kentucky on March 15, 1947, to Sherman Napier Sr. and Madge (Fields) Napier.  She enjoyed the outdoors, reading, music of all kinds, dancing, cooking, camping, and spelunking.  She especially loved to entertain during the holidays, hosting both family and friends at the “Wilson Estate”.  Charlotte was a loving wife, mother, Mamaw, and great-Mamaw. Charlotte loved to laugh and was the heart and soul of her family.

Charlotte is survived by her children Susan (Donny) Bush, Kristi Pattridge, and Jilly (fur baby); Her stepdaughters Rani (Wayne) Hovatter, and Tanya Lape; Her grandchildren Joshua Reiman, Amanda (Jarrod) Valines, Joey Johnson, Jeffrey Johnson, Daniela (Travis) Heston, and Elaina Pattridge; Her great-grandchildren Emily, Lilly, Jacob, Lauren, Austin, Bentley, Paisley, Bailey, Elliott, Hinley, Patience, and Grayson; Her nephew Andy (Jodi) Bridges, David (Dion) Johnson, Jimmy (Melanie) Johnson, Daniel (Lukkia) Johnson, and Patrick (Lynmarie) Napier; Her nieces Darlene (Geno) Johnson, Diana Crombie, and Angie Napier.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband Charlie Wilson; Her parents Sherman and Madge Napier; Her siblings Johnny (Jean) Napier, Sharon (Leon) Bridges, Kathy (Jay) Johnson, Gracie Nieson, and Sherman Napier Jr.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave, Hamilton, Ohio. Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, at 1:00 PM with Barry Wilson officiating.  Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
