Cynthia M. Estes

Cynthia M. Estes, age 63 of Hamilton, passed away at her residence on Sunday, August 14, 2022. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on February 23, 1959 the daughter of James Leo and Barbara (Siebenaler) Osbourn.  Cynthia was employed as a letter carrier for the United States Postal Service for thirty years, retiring in 2016.  In 1979 she married Thomas Raymond Estes and he preceded her in death in 1988.

Cynthia is survived by two children, Chris Estes and Angela (Douglas Alford) Estes-Alford; her mother and stepfather, Barbara and John Powell; four siblings, Joseph Osbourn, Chuck (Becky) Osbourn, Sara (Tim) Locklin, and Lisa (Keith) Blomeyer; one stepsister, Joyce Powell; one granddaughter, Belen Alford; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her father, James Leo Osbourn; one son, James Wes Estes; and brother, Robert Osbourn.

Visitation will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton, Ohio on Monday, August 22, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.  Graveside funeral service will be held at Saint Rose Cemetery, 868 Loretto Road, Springfield, Kentucky 40069 on Tuesday at 1:00 PM.
