David Reynolds

David W. Reynolds, age 58 of Hamilton, passed away with his wife and sons by his side on Thursday, September 30, 2021. David was born in Hamilton, Ohio on August 12, 1963 to Maynard and Allene Reynolds.

He was a Corrections Lieutenant at the Butler County Jail where he worked for the past 20 years. His life was centered around his family and he especially loved spending time with his two precious grandsons who called him Papaw.

David is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Becky (Williams) Reynolds. They were married on January 21, 1984 in Fort Branch, Indiana. He is also survived by his 3 devoted sons, Andrew (Whitney), Nathan (Jordan) and Jacob; two grandsons, Atticus and Luca; his special sidekick, Bea, who is already missing her nightly belly rubs; two sisters, Denise (Billy), and Sharon (Steve); one brother, Keith (AnnMarie); two special nieces, Jennifer and Erin; and numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Memorial service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 12:00 PM with Rev Jimmy Combs officiating. Burial will follow at Springdale Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 from 10:00 AM - 12: PM at the Funeral Home. Please join the family for a fellowship gathering at the Reily Community Center immediately following the cemetery.
