Dorsey L. Link

Dorsey L. Link, age 82 of Hamilton passed away at her residence on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 9:10 AM. She was born in Frankfort, Kentucky on February 8, 1931 the daughter of Napoleon and Rena (Stewart) Stivers. She was a 1949 graduate of Hamilton High School and a member of the Bible Way Missionary Baptist Church. On November, 1, 1952 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana she married Robert J. Link Jr. and he preceded her in death in 2007.

She is survived by three children, Robert M. (Sandy) Link of Fairfield, Mark A. (Laura) Link of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Sharon A. Link of Monroe; two brothers, Raymond and Ronnie Stivers; four sisters, Geneva McQueen, Mary Flenner, Bonnie Slusher, and Donna Rathburn; five grandchildren, Kim (Chris), Kati, Kris, Lois (Anthony), and Lana; and six great grandchildren, Logan, Paige, Grayson, Emma, Jonathan, and Noah. She was preceded in death by her parents; two children, Steven Link and Carmen Link; two brothers, George Stivers and Napoleon Stivers, Jr.; and four sisters, Betty Garland, Edna Gross, Juanita Stivers, and Laura King.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at 10:00 AM with Pastor Ron Pittman of Bible Way Missionary Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Monday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations can be directed to Bible Way Missionary Baptist Church, 1324 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio 45013.
