Obituary

Eric S. Winkler, age 42 of Cleves, passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2023. Eric was born in Hamilton, Ohio on January 25, 1981 to Wilson Onkst and Terri Winkler. He enjoyed fishing, bonfires, working on cars, and spending time with a few close friends. Eric loved travelling to the woods in Kentucky, spending time outdoors, playing the guitar, and country music.

Eric is survived by his parents, Terri Winkler and Wilson Onkst; son, Brad Winkler; siblings, Kari (David) Mitchell, Alicia (Leroy) Selix, Todd Winkler, and Renee (Jimmie) Rutherford; best friend, Bo Gillespie; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Eric was preceded in death by his best friend and companion, his dog Sis.

A Celebration of Life will be held by the family at a later date.
