Ferneda Whitt

Ferneda Whitt (nee Frost) Age 95, of Seven Mile, went to her heavenly home on Saturday, November 18, 2023. She was born on June 14, 1928, the daughter of Isaac and Malvaria Frost. She married the love of her life, Earnest Whitt on May 8, 1948. Ferneda retired from Avon. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, and spending time with her family. Her grandchildren were the light of her life. She was a member of Faith Pentecostal Church. She had the biggest heart and was most generous to anyone in need.

She is survived by her daughter, Dottie (Richard) Hurchanik; granddaughter, Terra (Eric) Combs; grandson, Eric (Nicole) Wilder; great-granddaughters, Corrie Wilder, Lainey Wilder, and Abigail Combs; and great-grandson Easton Wilder; step-grandchildren, Laura (Ken) Drobish, Suzanne (P.J.) Mason, Lisa Hurchanik, Erik (Jamie) Hurchanik, and all of their children; and sister Norma Savage. As well as, many special Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Earnie Whitt; sisters Geneva Richardson, Juanita Spicer, and Edith Begley; and brother Charles “Bud” Frost.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Rick Witt of Faith Pentecostal of Hamilton officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Faith Pentecostal Church.
