John B. Allen

John B. Allen, age 63 of Hamilton, passed away at his residence on Thursday, October 18, 2018. John was born in Jackson Co., Kentucky on December 17, 1954 to Elbert Allen and Elsie (Davidson) Allen. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, cooking, his dog Milo, and most of all spending time with his family.

John is survived by his wife, Carolyn Allen; his children, Crystal (Michael) Button, Elbert Allen, Christopher Allen, Kenneth Wayne Karr Jr., April Allen, Johnny Allen, Stanley (Jennifer) Allen, Savannah Blair, and Hailey Allen; 20 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; his siblings, Jessie (Josie) Allen, Alex (Ida Mae) Allen, A.J. (Donna) Allen, Jones (Darlene) Allen, Colston (Cathy) Allen, Mitch (Vicky) Allen, Pauline (Harold) Carpenter, Mary Carpenter, Sylvia (J.D.) Montgomery. John was preceded in death by his parents, Elbert Allen and Elsie Allen; his siblings, Blanche Hinkle, Gilbert Allen, Red Allen, and Vivian Sizemore.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Monday, October 22, 2018 at 12:00 PM with Elby Harrison officiating. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
