Leah R. Whitmore

Leah R. Whitmore, age 85 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on August 28, 1936 the daughter of Charles and Helen (True) Payne. Leah served her community for forty years as a school bus driver for New Miami Schools.

Leah is survived by her son, Tim L. (Cathy) Feltner; three grandchildren, Jennifer (Michael) Seyferth, Nicholas (Brooke) Williams, and Asia Whitmore; seven great-grandchildren, David, Emma, Peyton, Allison, Demetri, Sarah, and Scotty; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Farris Feltner; second husband, Robert Whitmore; sister, Donna Napier; and two children, Cheryl Bonham and Steven Whitmore.

A memorial gathering will be held at Miracle Revival Center, 185 Morris Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 5:00 PM until time of the memorial service at 7:00 PM with Pastor Terry Unthank officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Leah’s name to Hospice of Hamilton, 1010 Eaton Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio 45013 or the Animal Friends Humane Society, 1820 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.  Condolences can be made at www.browndawsonflick.com
