Lornia Lunsford

Lornia Lunsford, age 84 of Hamilton, passed away at her residence surrounded by her family, on Thursday, April 18, 2024. Lornia was born in Manchester, Kentucky on September 6, 1939, to Shirley Hubbard and Ollie (Smith) Hubbard. She enjoyed playing bingo, going to the thrift store, sitting on the front porch, and most of all spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Lornia is survived by her children, Dale (Darlene Schmidt) Lunsford and JoAnn (Steve) Cox; five grandchildren, Stephanie and Aaron Sizemore, and Miranda (Lance) Beck, Kaitlyn, and Cody Lunsford; her eight great grandchildren, Anthony, Harper, Benjamin, Bella, Christopher, Bristol, Brynlee, and Berkley; her sisters, Wealthy Thompson and Mona Kerr; and her special friends, Penny House and John Halcomb. Lornia was preceded in death by her parents, Shirley and Ollie Hubbard; and her husband Jimmy "Hoss" W. Lunsford; one son, Randy Sizemore; and one grandson, Christopher Cox.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton, Ohio on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at 12:00 PM with Wayne Tillery officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Hamilton.
