Pamela Bowman

Pamela G. Bowman (nee Garrett) has been received home into the loving arms of our Lord embracement on Friday August 21, 2020 at peace in her home surrounded by angels.

Born April 01, 1955 she was a lifelong resident of Hamilton, Ohio. Pamela was the daughter of the late Oscar and Carolyn Garrett.

Pamela was also survived by her daughter Amy Herr and grandchildren Cody and Cory, (their father Jack Herr) one great grandson Cory Daniel Herr.

Preceding her death, she was married to Genie Bowman. She was a longtime companion to Charles (Butch) Fackey and current friend and caretaker Ricky Dunn.

Also survived by 3 brothers, Dennis Garrett, Joel Oscar Garret (wife Karen) of Hamilton, Ohio, Randy Lee Garret (wife Pamela) of Naples Florida. Survived by 5 sisters, Paula K. Jackson (husband Thomas) of Nashville Tenn, Patricia Shumaker (husband Charles) of Manchester Ohio, Carol J. Stepp (husband Richard) of Hamilton, Ohio. Carla J. Collette (husband Roscoe) of London KY. And the late Peggy Ann Stout. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Pamela celebrated her faith through worship at Harvest Christian Fellowship Church in Hamilton and will be missed by many friends and prayer warriors.

Pam contributed over 35 yrs of service to others as an Owner, Operator and Mechanic at Fackey’s BP in Hamilton, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held at Brown and Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave, Hamilton, Oh 45011. Officiated by Pastor Elby Harrison of the Harvest Christian Fellowship Church, Wednesday, August 26, 2020 from 11:00-12:00 visitation and services to follow.

She will be laid to rest at Millville Cemetery.
