Patsy L. Glidewell

Patsy L. Glidewell, age 79 of Hamilton, passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 6:15PM. She was born in Middletown on August 6, 1936 to Edward and Edna (Brewer) Poling. On December 26, 1958 in Morning Sun, OH, she married Gerald K. Glidewell Jr., and he preceded her in death in June of 2013. Patsy enjoyed reading, and also playing bridge with her friends at Berkley Square.

She is survived by her children, Kevin (Debby) Glidewell and Tracy (Jason Shepherd) Boraz; four grandchildren, Jessica (Anthony) Weisenberger, Julia Glidewell, Chrissy (Sky) Smith, and Matt Jones; eight great-grandchildren, Aidan, Collin, Gavin, Isaac, Elliette, Hailey, Kaiden, and Easton; one brother, Eddie Howard Poling; and other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Edna Poling, her father, Edward Poling; her son Gerald K. Glidewell III.

Memorial service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Friday, December 11, 2015 at 11AM with Felix Russo officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 11, 2015 from 10AM-11AM at the funeral home.
