Philip J. “Pepper” Foley, age 55 of Pinckney, Michigan, passed away on Friday, January 20, 2023. Phil was born in Hamilton, Ohio, on May 16, 1967 to Lawrence Foley and Margaret (Saurber) Foley. He graduated from Stephen T. Badin High School in 1985. Phil was the small business owner and CEO of Foley Technical Services LLC, and his business interests and clientele ranged worldwide. He was an avid member of the Independent Boggers Off-Road Mud Club and drove Jus Showin’ Off. Phil loved the outdoors, getting muddy, being on the water, sitting around campfires, and prided himself on helping others.
Philip is survived by his sons, Joshua Rose and Richard “RJ” Foley; one grandson, Aiden Rose; his father, Lawrence Foley; siblings, John Foley, Mary (Steven) Jones, Kathleen (Paul) Owens and Angela (Alex) DiTullio; his significant other, Laura Brownell-Shea; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Philip was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Foley; a nephew, Keith Jones Jr; and his grandparents.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Friday, January 27, 2023 at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at St. Stephens Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 27, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
