Rev. William F. Steurer, age 79 of Monroe, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, December 3, 2022. William was born in Hamilton, Ohio on October 10, 1943 to the late William Reed and Mary Jane (Steurer) Creech. Known to many as Bill, he worked as a meat cutter at Eaton Manor for many years before being called to the ministry. He began his ministry in Lebanon and later went on to pastor at Foursquare Pentecostal Church of God and was affiliated with Grace Methodist Church in Hamilton. Outside of the pulpit, Bill was an avid reader and enjoyed old music and movies. He was also a talented musician. Bill was dedicated Reds fan as well. Above all, Bill loved spending time with his family and friends.
William will be dearly missed by his fiancé, Marcella Hall-Frey; his siblings, Greg (Peggy) Todd, Gayle (Bill) Hardy and Linda Williams; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
William is reunited in Heaven with his wife, Doris A. Steurer, his parents and his brother, Steven Todd.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 10:00 AM until the time of his Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, with Rev. David Hensley officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
