Richard Joseph Lintner, age 90 of Seven Mile, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Monday, April 19, 2021. Richard was born in Hamilton, Ohio on April 7, 1931 to the late Leroy and Josephine (Nistler) Lintner. Richard served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict, serving aboard the U.S.S. Briareus (AR-12). After serving his country, he returned to Hamilton and worked for General Electric. He later went on to work at Mosler Safe, Turnbull Concrete, and Champion Paper before working as an electrician for the Hamilton City School District. Richard enjoyed being outdoors, from mowing the grass on his John Deere lawn tractor to hunting and fishing. He especially enjoyed getting the family out on the pontoon boat.
Richard is survived by his wife, Charlotte Rozella Lintner; his children, Dennis (Linda) Lintner and Linda (Steve) Mason; his grandchildren, Rickey Todd (Elizabeth) Staarmann, Angie Scoggins, Brian (Kelly) Starr, Shauna Lintner, Reanna Lintner, and Zoie Dorgan; his many great-grandchildren, as well as many extended family members and friends.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents; his children, Gregory and Debra and his brothers, Kenneth and Ernie.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 26, 2021 from 10:00 AM until the time of his Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at Winton Road First Church of God, 6200 Winton Rd., Fairfield, Ohio. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park.
