Roy Kamphaus

Roy Kamphaus, age 75 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Thursday, June 3, 2021. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on May 21, 1946 the son of Cornelius “Neil”and Anne (Fath) Kamphaus.  On June 18, 1966 in Cincinnati, he married Sue Ann Mastin.  Roy was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church. He retired, after twenty-five years of service, as a communication technician for Cincinnati Bell and then was employed as a subcontractor for Apache Networks.

Roy is survived by his wife, Sue Ann Kamphaus; one daughter, Laura (Larry) Warner; four grandchildren, Loren and Logan Warner and Mitchell and Sami Raley; one brother, Tom (Nancy) Kamphaus; son-in-law, Chris Raley; and numerous family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; two children, Traci Raley and Kevin Kamphaus; and five siblings.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial held at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church, 382 Liberty Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Monday, June  7, 2021 at 11:00 AM with Fr. Rob Muhlenkamp, Celebrant.  Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.  Visitation will be held on Monday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the church.
