Terry L. Johnson-Weiland

Terry L. Johnson- Weiland, age 80 of Hamilton, passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. Terry was born in Hazzard, Kentucky on October 8, 1941 to Irvin Mullins and Catherine (Combs) Mullins. Terry was all about her family, she was the toughest, strongest woman to everyone that met her. She was a mom/mamaw to anyone who needed her! Mamaw loved doing puzzle books, watching game shows, cooking, cracking jokes, tending to her house plants, having her dog(s) with her everywhere she went, spending time with family and friends, going to goodwill, and taking pride in keeping her house nice and tidy, up until her last days. She was very loving and caring to everyone and will be deeply missed by all whose heart she touched. 

Terry is survived by her two children, Dib Johnson, and Mary Weiland; six grandchildren, Nikki (Stephen), Kayla (Bret), Kody (kaylei), Sam (Liz), Jeremy (Caitlin), and Sydney; five great-grandchildren, Braylen, Ariana, Mila, Nicholas, and Jasper; one brother, Irvin (Edith) Mullins; two daughter-in-laws, Lita (Tony) Weiland- Nussbaum and Patty Johnson; one son-in-law, Rick Gill; and numerous other relatives and friends.  Terry was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, James E. Johnson and Gerald E. Weiland; two sons, James Johnson and Jerry Weiland; five siblings, Gentry Mullins, Jake Mullins, James Mullins, El Mullins, and Tommy Mullins; and two loving animal companions, Coco and Fran.

Graveside services will be held at Rose Hill Burial Park on Wednesday, September 21 at 12:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made directly to Lita Nussbaum to help aid with funeral expenses.
